Q: Hi,
my question doesn't deal with weight issues. Instead it's about weight training. I'm 37 with a complete hysterectomy 2 years ago. I'm on bioidentical hrt.(test. Included).
before surgery I was very toned and muscular i've always weight trained but now my muscles have gone to jelly! no matter how much I train, I don't see any difference! I can't find anything on muscle training after surgical menopause. Can you refer me to anything or anyone with knowledge in this? I would love to get my muscle tone back! all the things that I read are about weight gain.
thanks!!
A: I'm sorry, Traci -- This is not an area of expertise for me and I don't know of any resources for you. Sorry! Keep searching..... warmly,
Be well,
